The very first participation for Pershing 92' alongside Pershing 64', the best selling-model of the range
October 2011 – Pershing, the brand of the Ferretti Group, among the world's leading manufacturers of high performance open motor yachts from 15 to 35 metres, participates in the International Show of Fort Lauderdale, held at the docks of Florida from 27th to 31st October.
After the recent European stops at Cannes and Genoa, Pershing lands in the United States with its exclusive lines of two of its most representative models of the fleet, designed by the yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni in collaboration with AYT of the Ferretti Group and the team of architects and designers of the Centro Stile Ferrettigroup.
For its American debut, in Miami, Pershing 92' presents itself as a model with a slim and sleek profile and the maximum comforts of life on board, offering complete continuity between the interior and the exterior and an extraordinary capacity of spaces. This vessel, which has the characteristics of a white pearl hull that identifies the new look of Pershing, highlights the family feeling concept that has guided the stylistic choices of the entire project. Pershing 92' has and still develops all the stylistic elements that distinguish the models of the fleet: the windows of the superstructure, the wide glass walls, and the big foldaway door which divides the cockpit from the hall as well as the inimitable performance of each Pershing yacht. The yacht that is almost 28 metres long has four cabins: a full-beam ship owner suite, a VIP cabin at the bow and two guest cabins with twin beds, all of which have an en-suite. The elegance of the furnishing is the result of intensive team work that rewards the well-established partnership of two historical brands of the Made in Italy: Poltrona Frau for the interiors and Ernestomeda for the kitchen. Powered by 2 MTU diesel 16 V with a power of 2638 hp each with surface propellers, Pershing 92' reaches a maximum velocity of 42 knots and 38 cruising knots.
Beautifully exhibited, alongside the new Pershing 92', is the timeless Pershing 64', a great model of design and technology branded Pershing, with all the typical areas and luxury of a vessel with a fly bridge, in modern open with sportive performance. With 2 MTU engines of 1623 hp and with Arneson ASD 14L, Pershing 64' actually reaches a maximum speed of 47.50 knots, confirming the centrality that performance has for the ship yard. Of particular relevance is the saloon, which is versatile and which creates a wide open space with the cockpit or two completely separate areas, thanks to the fold away glass. It is worth noting the exclusive position of the kitchen, which is situated at an intermediate level, which frees the below deck making space for spacious and rich night quarters, thanks to the unexpected sizes and properties of the three cabins, each of which has a private bathroom. Among these it is worth mentioning the master cabin, which stands outs for the natural lights that enters the wide open-view windows that make it even more exclusive.
