Düsseldorf, 21st January 2012 - Ferretti Group, one of the world leaders within the design, construction and sale of motor yachts which a unique portfolio of some of the most exclusive, prestigious brands in the nautical world, is continuing its intense programme of attending the most important international boat shows, presenting an impressive five of the most important yachts from its fleet at Boot 2012 - Düsseldorf International Boat Show.
Welcoming all the opportunities offered by the most important showcase for the nautical sector in central and northern Europe, Ferretti Group is once again at its customary location at the Messe in the German city from 21st to 29th January, displaying with its dealers, Ferretti Yachts Ferretti 750, Pershing 58' and the Mochi Craft Dolphin 54' Sun Top.
Completing the range on show are two jewels from the Riva brand, which will be celebrating its 170th anniversary in 2012: Iseo, the “little" 27 foot runabout which caused enormous interest at the recent autumn boat shows, a preview for the German public; and hull number 200 of Aquariva, which once again confirms herself as one of the greatest success stories in Riva's recent history.
The Düsseldorf appointment is one of the most important in the German and European nautical industry, both for the large number of people who attend it and the quality of the yachts displayed. Ferretti Group, confirming its high regard for this event, is presenting some of the most important and successful models of its production selected, as always, to offer a rich, varied panorama of all the different personalities and features that distinguish Ferretti Group yachts.
“Year after year the international boat show in Düsseldorf re-establishes its position as one of the most important boating appointments not only for the German but also for the European nautical industry, especially because it takes place in a continental area less involved in the current economic issues," commented Lamberto Tacoli, Ferretti Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. “The large numbers of highly knowledgeable visitors and the quality of the yachts on display enhance our satisfaction in taking part in the 2012 edition, thanks also to the precious support of our dealers, with whom we promote the excellent quality of our yachts and pursue the aim of further expanding in an area which has always been at the very centre of our business".
PERSHING 58'
Intense in its performance, rich and varied in its nature and generous in comfort. The newPershing 58' is the natural evolution of the Pershing 56'. The boat, with an 18 metre long hull, reaches a maximum velocity of 48 knots and a cruising velocity of 44 with two MAN engines of 1360 mhp each and surface propellers. Characterized by large volumes and complete luminosity due to the direct contact with the sea, the yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni, the stylist of the project, in collaboration with the Ayt (Advanced Yacht Technology) of the Ferretti Group, once again stresses the "family feeling" concept that guided the stylistic choices of the new restyling. The slender superstructure with its new wider lateral windows, which complement the profile of the hull, is entirely in harmony with the most modern styles of the Pershing concept. The boat has a standard layout with 3 cabins (a full beam master cabin and two guest cabins - a VIP one at the bow and a guest cabin with twin beds at the starboard of the boat), the first two with an en-suite and a third bathroom which can be used for the guest cabin with twin beds and which can also be used as a bathroom for guests. The boat has a crew cabin. The cockpit, which is wider and more comfortable, has two L-shaped sofas which create a wide lounge area, an important aspect for outdoor living. Upon request there is also the possibility of having a kitchen area in the cockpit. The area below deck is very comfortable and particular attention has been given to the detail. The new translucent doors are worth mentioning which are made of frosted glass and separate the master cabin from its bathroom and the dinette from the galley. The result is simply elegant: more natural light in all areas and special attention given to the privacy of the guests. The contemporary design of the interior is also enhanced by the presence of oak. The wide and comfortable garage can store an optional tender 3.25 metres long.
