Our Service Points rely on Easea>Yachting, the Ferretti Group After Sales & Service Division that boasts a spare parts warehouse containing over 8,000 components that are always on hand.
The new expanded spare parts warehouse facility in the U.S. is also operational. The presence of decentralised spare parts warehouses with dealers in the main areas of the Mediterranean and the U.S. guarantees the availability of spare parts even more quickly.

Platinum Selection

The Platinum Selection programme is designed to enhance the quality and value of second-hand yachts, delivering previously owned boats in the best possible condition. To meet this goal, the Service Division performs thorough checks to evaluate the overall condition of a yacht and decide whether it can be given the status of certified Platinum Selection boat.

Platinum Cruise

With this service, owners are ensured the availability of a series of original spare parts (e.g. shafts, props, rudders, shaft supports, etc.) delivered quickly and under special purchase conditions in order to facilitate cruising continuity with free delivery anywhere in the world.

Service University

The Ferretti Group technical training school guarantees that the world Service Network is constantly updated by developing the specific professional skills of the various sectors and by continually updating its training programme. The training sessions combine classroom lectures with visits and training in the shipyard and on board the yachts, allowing the technicians to see the various stages of the production process and maintenance of different systems.
