The Group’s Service Points can count on over 8,000 components and parts available all the time even in the summer. The existence of decentralized warehouses at the premises of Dealers in the main areas of the Mediterranean and the USA guarantees rapid availability of spare parts.

Service University

The Ferretti Group technical school combine lectures with training in the shipyard and on board the yachts, thus allowing technicians of the world Service Network for a constant development of their skills and a full knowledge of production processes and maintenance of different systems.

Convergence

The long-standing sessions for captains of Ferretti Group yachts that offer a detailed examination of topics concerning the daily running of a motoryacht. These meetings consist of an intensive programme that combines classroom training sessions with outdoor activities.
